Beginning August 2025, we will discontinue all elephant feeding activities at Hill Tribe Elephant Village.
This transition is part of our effort to align with the ethical guidelines of the Global Federation of Animal Sanctuaries (GFAS). Our focus will shift fully to educational, observation-only experiences, allowing elephants to live freely without human interference.

Tad Daow prefers quiet and avoids baby elephants. She now enjoys calm, peaceful days after her tour elephant life.
Chan Horm loves sugarcane and playtime. She dislikes dogs and birds. Formerly a show elephant, she’s now safe and happy.
Aussie is playful and social, always happy with friends. She dislikes trucks and being alone, and she’s not picky when it comes to food! Once part of a circus, she now enjoys freedom and fun every day.

Mon Caan prefers solitude and loves asking for food. He dislikes big vehicles and lost his mother at just one year old. Once used in shows, he’s now safe and cared for in our sanctuary.
Tad Daow is quiet and independent, preferring to stay away from noise and baby elephants. After years as a tour elephant, she now enjoys calm days in nature.
Chan Horm is friendly and loves sugarcane and playtime. She doesn’t like dogs, chickens, or birds. After working in shows and tours, she now lives in safety with her herd.
