Before you book
How do I book a visit?
You can book online via the program cards on our homepage, or message us on WhatsApp at +66 98 663 6194. WhatsApp is the fastest way to confirm pickup, family details, and timing.
What programs do you offer?
Keeper-led elephant learning visits near Patong — from short family visits to longer experiences with lunch. Some packages include adventure activities (zipline, ATV) operated away from the elephant area, and there is a private Phuket highlights option. See Programs for details.
What’s included in the price?
Each program includes the keeper-led visit, learning activities, natural food preparation, and drinking water. Lunch is included on selected programs (HEV12). Transfers from Patong are included on most programs — confirm via WhatsApp before booking.
Can I get hotel pickup?
Pickup is available from selected areas in Patong on most programs. Areas outside Patong may require a small surcharge. Please send your hotel name to WhatsApp before booking so we can confirm.
Animal welfare
Do you offer elephant riding?
No. We do not offer elephant riding, shows, tricks, or forced bathing in any program. We believe a responsible Phuket elephant experience can be meaningful without putting weight or stress on an elephant.
Can guests touch or feed the elephants?
This is a keeper-led learning experience. Close contact is not guaranteed and depends on each elephant’s comfort, safety, and keeper guidance on the day.
Are the elephants chained?
The elephants live in a wide hillside area and move at their own pace during the day. We follow keeper guidance to keep both elephants and guests safe. Activities are guided — not restricted by chains.
Are these elephants rescued?
We describe our elephants as elephants under long-term care living at the village. We use the word “rescued” only where we can publicly verify a rescue story for an individual elephant. We are honest about backstories — many of our elephants previously worked in tourism shows or trekking camps.
During your visit
How long is the visit?
Most elephant learning visits last around 45–60 minutes. HEV12 (with lunch) is about 2 hours. The Zipline/ATV combo and Private tour are longer — see each program page for details.
What happens if it rains?
Light rain is fine — the visit continues. In heavy weather, activities are adjusted for safety, elephant comfort, and the keeper team’s guidance. We rarely cancel; if we do, you can rebook or get a refund.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing and walking shoes. The hillside has natural and uneven ground. A hat and sunscreen are recommended. Bring water, but we also provide drinking water on site.
Can I take photos?
Yes — from the guided observation area. Please avoid flash, and follow the keeper’s guidance on distance and timing. Staged “elephant selfie” close-ups are not part of our program.
Is this experience suitable for children?
Yes. Our short family program (HEV06) is designed for families with children. Parents must supervise children at all times and follow keeper instructions.
Is the path stroller-friendly?
No. The hillside is natural and uneven. We recommend carrying very young children, or choosing a quieter session if mobility is a concern.
Getting here
Where exactly are you located?
In the hills near Patong Beach, Phuket. Please use our official Google Maps link — some guests confuse us with nearby attractions.
How long does it take from Patong Beach?
About 10–15 minutes by car, depending on traffic.
Are there toilets on site?
Yes, basic facilities are available.
Booking, change, refund
Can I change my booking date?
Yes, just message us on WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit, and we’ll reschedule at no charge if availability allows.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your visit. Within 24 hours, cancellations may not be refundable. See Privacy & Terms for details.
How do I pay?
Online via the booking widget (credit/debit card). For WhatsApp bookings, we’ll send a secure payment link.
